Heatherjean MacNeil, Senior Client Partner

Heatherjean’s passion is advancing women leaders and closing the gender gap in organizations. She is a seasoned business development executive that has worked extensively with for-profit, non-profit, and governmental organizations to develop leadership training programs, launch business development initiatives, and design experiential market efforts aimed at raising brand awareness and driving revenue. She is the co-founder of the Babson WIN (Women Innovating Now) Lab, an eight-month venture accelerator program that supports women founders to launch and scale high-impact ventures.

Prior to her role at Babson she founded a women’s ethical fashion company, Proxy Apparel, where she built global partnerships with women cooperatives to produce fashion-forward, sustainable apparel. She is currently pursuing her PhD at the University of Massachusetts in entrepreneurship and gender studies. Heatherjean is a Trustee of her alma mater, Marlboro College.
