Heather is a dynamic facilitator and coach with 15 years of leadership and entrepreneurial experience. She has built and led high-performing teams in diverse business functions – from sales and marketing to product development, operations and human resources in the US and abroad.

Heather is passionate about transforming workplace culture and empowering people and organizations to achieve success and fulfill their potential.

Her expertise includes change initiatives, organization strategy and design, talent development, mindful leadership and general leadership development.

Heather has worked in for-profit and non-profit organizations spanning multiple industries, including agriculture, renewable energy, sustainability, accounting, and professional services. Heather earned an MBA from North Carolina State University and a BA in Journalism and Mass Communications from the University of South Florida. A resident of Durham, North Carolina, she serves as a board member for the Greater Durham Chamber of Commerce.
