Unconscious Bias Training

Our signature work is helping women address their own Self-Limiting Unconscious Bias. We help women identify and reframe typical assumptions they hold in order to free them up to embrace new opportunities which includes positions of leadership.

We also work with your management and HR teams to identify places in your hiring, promotion, succession and decision making processes where hidden gender biases lurk. We work with you to reframe these biases, changing the process to become gender neutral.
