We design Women’s Leadership Programs which includes workshops and programs, scorecard assessments and organizational process and change management in an effort to recruit, retain and promote more women.

Gender Equity Audit

We help identify why inequity exists and where in the pipeline women’s careers falter. The results of the audit determine which particular activities and processes to target to attract, retain, and engage talented women.


In our trainings, women address underlying assumptions of what it means to be a high potential woman and emerge with an advanced suite of leadership skills to help them accomplish their goals.
